The tech was good, but the clinic visit was such an awful experience. Nobody has time to wait that long at an appointment, but it took 8 months to finally get an appointment so I felt as if there wasn't an alternative. There are 2 different waiting room times. Once before her they dilated my daughters eyes and another afterward prior to anymore thorough exam. The first time the doctor spoke to us, she was obviously rushed between patients because she stood in the doorway to ask us one question about my daughter's previous prescription, had a hallway conversation with the tech, and then left. That seemed unprofessional and added another layer of frustration after waiting that long. To not even catch 5 private minutes in an exam room is unacceptable. After getting her eyes dilated, we had to spend an additional 2 hours waiting again.
