The department of Patient Relations/Customer Service functions as an advocate for patients and their families. The department can help resolve any issues that may arise as a result of the delivery of care by the University Health System medical care team. A patient advocate is available for all inpatients. To ensure that we continue to deliver the highest quality of care, occasionally we ask for patient feedback through the use of surveys. All surveys are completely confidential and all are evaluated to determine opportunities for improvement, to recognize individuals who deliver excellent patient care as well as customer service, and to address any concerns that patients may have after discharge from the hospital.
